You don’t have to go to the gym , just run around your neighborhood or find one of those big ass parks people work out at for 30-45 mins 3 days out the week . Be consistent on running . You’ll loose the weight in your face after week 3 . Also anytime you feel like your gaining weight especially in your face ,Cardio is your best friend!!! ❤
