Hi! Hello! Thank you for reacting to our girls, UNIS! It's such an honor that they are little by little, being recognized as a talented group!^^
Here is a little information about their fandom name:
It begun when they announced that there will be a form submition about fandom names by fans to be voted by fans also, when the time fan votings start, some are disappointed because of the choices they have given to us to choose and vote. So, some of us demanded for another fan voting event for fandom names, and yet another disappointed has given to us by the choices they've provided.
Here's the list of fandom names;
INIS
MENIS
UNING
LETTERS
TELLERS
EVERAFTER
As we know, Inis is word from Philippines used when someone is annoyed/annoying or because of annoyance so, they avoided that.
Uning on the other hand looks like what people would call a stray cat for pets.
Menis is absolutely no, it sounds and looks like the private part of a men anatomy which is mispelled
Letters is good but, it obviously doesn't make any sense, the fans who gave this as an option never provided proper meaning to this.
Tellers, the fan who submitted this said that it's because "UNIS" is U&IStory and we are the storytellers therefore I chose tellers. However, we disagree with this idea because it can be mistaken as bank tellers rather than story tellers.
EverAfter is more decent than the others, it may not be the end of they're journey but when their time comes to an end as a group, this will make so much sense as a fan of them. It can also be shortened as Evies which I think there is a pokemon character with this kind of name where Evies are evolution and it has 8 evolution, they are the 8 evolution and we are evies. However, Nana said it can be shortened to Evterz, so we use this intead of EverAfters more when we're together with co-EverAfters.
