Just like we’ve been waiting on the U.K. being remade since the game came out nearly 11 years ago! They steadfastly refuse to do the U.K. so I refuse to buy anymore of their DLC reworked continuously content. A two-faced company. 11 years later you still can’t get out the trucks, load or unload manually. Nothing has changed in that department and never will ‘it’s a truck driving game’ is the mandatory comments on steam. You can’t even sleep in the cab!

Watch the windows on the buildings, as they come closer, the details fill in. The colour of the tree's change as he gets closer to them, and the bloom he mentions. Also, Steam is crazy. Thanks for the videos Paul. In terms of recommending a bus sim to look at....there is probably nothing new until Bus Simulator 21 releases Sept 7th. In the interim; I wouldn't be opposed to you looking at more of the map in Fernbus which you haven't covered such as Netherlands, Luxembourg, France etc...I believe this is the 1st time you have looked at Ferbus since it's initial release when it only contained Germany. There is also a DLC for this one called 'Football Team Bus' where it introduces a management aspect of driving around a football team and looking after the bus....which could be cool for a new series
Being from Antwerp, that "type of building" at the passenger pickup, that's a (rather bad) representation of the Antwerp Centraal Station (Central Station). For the rest, the city doesn't really look like Antwerp, but that's probably not the focus of the game :)
You might want to have the manual particle filter cleaning off when you don't want to manually clean the particle filter ;) (But it's OK, you immediately switched it to automatic again right after saying you have no idea why you'd ever want the manual cleaning off 😂)

the ambient city sound with the exact same honking every time is kind of annoying, it's just a little detail but once i heard it it sticks out. can't just be me, right?
There no trams because TML are too lazy and very stupid, none of their maps are 100% accurate. TML simply reuse assets from different countries, even the traffic lights and signs are reused from Germany and traffic lights sequences goes from red straight to green rather then red+amber.
How did you get the TrackIR to work for the game? When I am ingame it just pushes me on the wheel like I'm sitting on it, I have used the tab menu to push me back but it doesnt make any difference.

They need to add economy mode in this game. Since Netherlands dlc cities have gotten better signage is still a let down it has slightly improved though
You want to turn off the particle filter cleaning when you are driving in tunnels or are stuck in queues in a tunnel. Because the cleaning will create a lot of dirty particles and you do not want them to come in through your vents. Regarding the game my view is that all the games they do is just to bring in money. Create DLC's but not improving the game in any way. Create other games but keep the gameplay and only change the graphics because that is probably easier than changing the gameplay. All the problems this game has have been in the game since it was released. Not sure if you or anyone watch AVGN on youtube but Nintendo had a company that did the same thing. LJN. They created many many games that was exactly the same gameplay but with other graphics only to make money.
I dunno how big or small the team who made this is, but it has a very "small team" feel to it. I mean, I was designing more realistic looking characters with basic animations almost 20 years ago now. I know that's not the focus of the game, but it's 2021...it is not that hard or expensive. Maybe licensing fees? Oh well. I don't know how to describe it other than it lacks personality. I always remember that OMSI voice pack video (German?) from years ago and think "this game needs more of that." More stuff needs to happen on short journeys. Scripting and RNG events. Not a sim guy but it just feels like you're repeating the same quest in an RPG for pointless exp just with different scenery.

If SCS made a new Euro Truck simulator, people would complain, also there's no point making a new Euro Truck simulator since ETS 2 still has over 9 million players worldwide. Believe it or not, there's 7.7 billon other people living on Earth, so the world doesn't only revolve around you.
Let's be honest. they should stop development or updates on Fernbus and just focus on The Bus. Because let's face it this game is not good. (and the stupid traffic honking in the city)
