@@waterscup4220 shit eh you may be right , thanks for the insight so I don't get my hopes up but regardless I'm looking forward to Kendrick dropping anything really...
The Kendrick Lamar EP and OD are both really great projects, and knowing how you loved S.80, I think you'd love them too. It's a shame they weren't a part of this series.
All great pieces of work but...The Heart Part 3 stands tall above the rest to me. The production, the artistry, the emotion, the story telling and lyricism, Soul and Rock, just brilliant from start to finish.
You’re very lucky to experience Kendrick in this atmosphere. This Kendrick was hungry. He really wanted to kill everyone out there and now that he has he’s just making good music
If you are still hungry for more Kendrick after Damn I would recommend going back to his K-Dot mixtape days. I would specially recommend the mixtape Training Day it gives you the like more raw unpolished feel of him.
Noo don't end it on DAMN. The black panther album is awesome too (relatively a more relaxed listen than his other stuff which is easier for you) and it introduces you to other talented TDE members.

As incredible as Kendrick is. Ab-Soul is TDE's best lyricist, would love for you to review all of his albums. But if I had to pick two, yes two, peep Control System and Do What Thou Wilt. Two of the greatest albums ever. I'll throw in These Days too in fact. One of hip-hop greatest and most under appreciated works.
How is 1 last ? That shit is fire as hell.. I'd say 2,1,3,4.. 4 is a dope ass song dont get me wrong it just isnt as meaningful as the other 3.. 4 is more like a dope ass vague diss to his haters and competition.. which is cool just not as powerful as the others
I'd rank them 1. Part 3 2. part 4 3.Part 1 4. Part 2 I'd do so not only cause of the message but because of how much progress you see stylistically and lyrically in his songs. In Part 4 he challenges his contemporaries and he does it in such a good way from the lyrics to even the instrumental and samples.
I hope you do IGOR soon, such a great album, I have a feeling you're like it more than Flower Boy. It's definitely more consistent, less skipable tracks>
@@tommyryoma1169 I only liked a handful of FB songs, but I could listen to all of IGOR with no skips. I really didn't like the last few songs of FB like Glitter and the Lil Wayne track.
If you want what was pretty much "the heart" before to pimp a butterfly listen to control by big Sean. It has one of the best kendrick verses of all time. He actually kinda shut down the game with it.
The lines directed at Drake are due to his line about Jay-z on Summer 16. "I used to be on Rocafella until I turned into Jay" Then Jay responded on "I got the Keys" (feat Future) "Until your on your own you can't be free, until you on your own you can't be me, how we still slaves in 2016" AND "Yall know the difference between rap facts and fiction right, in real life im like Hov, in real life I'm life goals, in real life they like me, in real life I'm like NO!"
