Love the idea of slow grow leagues. Just wish schedules allowed for that kind of commitment.

It's a good idea but this isn't wallet friendly slow grow. Nor is it slow xD
Phase 1 should be a core set or 4 chars you like. Build, paint play
30 days later phase 2, 4 chars.
Build paint play.
In the UK, your stage 1 is £150-200 retail. That's without paint, glue and only has core box terrain. Your phase 2 starts 9 days after P1 ends. I do enjoy a slow grow though

A bit too soon for the league imo. I think it should start with the new year. That would give time to build & paint the new models and a chance to get the feel for the newer ones on the board. Also pausing events is annoying and will effect the new players disproportionately. I like the idea and passion though!

the problem with 3 boxes is that GotG get screwed out of the 60% of roster opportunity until they get their affiliation pack. I think that 60% min is very important in a limited format.
