Finally,I found this song today -so accidentally. I first heard it from a servant of God Br. Romeo in 2002 at ICPE Bangalore. Ever since then, it has ministered to me several times. So happy to find this in you tube today. Thank you for the upload.

All I know is that It is by John Keating... I have discovered that he has other songs on worship music lists, but to find an album title or even another song to listen to has been tricky, I have not been able to... So, I am with you Kevan, I am also looking for it!!!
