Ben, tnx you so much. I dont understand why my teacher does not tell us about convergence in mean square error. I know that we can decompose MS to bias^2+ variance. ButI didn't know about convergence in ms, despite the fact that this is a fairly obvious concept.

Very high level and not very useful for any person needing deep understanding.
This is not that high level in all honesty, he does not give any proof for most statements and proofs are 'high level'.
Understanding convergence in probability requires some background in Mathematics and especially in limits as you can see.
