    For those who do NOT see the Internal Comments:
    You need to add the 'replacement owner' field to quick actions on the case page layout and the internal comments were in that quick action.

    So go to Setup, click on "Object Manager", and click on Case. After you click on Case, navigate to Buttons, Links, and Actions in the sidebar, then click on Replacement Owner - save Edit Layout, and It will take you to Replacement Owner Layout, and it will let you include Internal Comments.

    You are good to check your challenge

    couldn't find these cases 00001002 and 00001016 bro .. how to get them ? I created them manually from salesforce classic method but when I run macros its throwing error like
    "We couldn’t run the Send Email Notification for Case Escalation Macro. Try again.
    Child does not have an accessible email address."

    Bro I'm getting an error, please help me.
    "Looks like case numbers 00001002 and 00001016 don’t include a case comment with 'Ready for new solar panels.' When you run the Replacement Owner quick action, make sure that you fill out the 'Internal Comments' field. If you don’t see the 'Internal Comments' field when you click Replacement Owner, edit the quick action’s layout and add the field. Then run the quick action on the two cases again and include 'Ready for new solar panels.'"
    I didn't see "Internal Comments" in my cases. From where I can edit my quick action's layout!
