My daughter and I stayed here this summer--looks like you came through just a couple of weeks after we were there. The biggest pluses are all the shaded areas and relatively level terrain, and we loved being able to get pie at the Gifford House in the mornings. Plus, it's got one of the park's hiking trails right there, so you can do a quick hike in the morning after breakfast. One of the better campgrounds we've stayed in.
