Mines wont even let me download the fireware all it keeps saying is an error has occurred to plug the controller to terminal A which it is i tryed 3 usb wires and still nothing does anybody know what else i can do
Hey Bryon. I have the same controller. Actually I have two. I have been experiencing pops from my audio when I connect the srt to serato dj pro. Audio pops occur with both controllers. I have increased the latency, updated drivers and firmware, changed cables and USB and still get the audio pops. Funny because when I use my SB3 with serato lite I DO NOT get the audio pops using the same cables, usb, computer, etc. Its something with the connection of the SRT and serato DJ pro. Any advice?
u have to change max processor state from 100% to 99%.. the only problem the windows 10 update on some computers do not allow u to go in advanced settings of power option.. if urs does..right click on battery icon then u will see power options..click on that and it will bring you to power plan click on high performance.. then click on advanced settings..in advanced settings look for power management.. look for processor state min and maximum.. change max form 100% to 99%.. this should fix your crackling issue

Thanks a lot. A really hope this helps. I did do a latency mon report and it came back as my PC wasn't suitable for real time audio and due to that it could lead to popping audio....maybe I need to go MAC of the 99% switch doesn't work
