  • Cody Caswell has been investing in real estate since he was sixteen years old! Seriously, and he wasn’t given some multimillion-dollar inheritance. Within ten years, Cody went from buying beat-up mobile homes to fifty-unit apartment complexes, all thanks to the moves he made in high school! So, how did he do it, and if you’re someone starting without a lot of cash or experience, how do you repeat Cody’s incredible investing moves? We’re about to get into it!
Cody got into the rental property investing game as a teenager with only a few thousand bucks to his name. He renovated an old mobile home and turned it into a rental property that gave him some monthly mailbox money. But, like most teenagers would, Cody spent it all. Thankfully, with the help of a BRRRR (buy, rehab, rent, refinance, repeat) deal, he was able to start skyrocketing his portfolio!
Now, Cody flips more than a dozen houses a year, owns over fifty rental units, and runs a nationwide interior design business, all before the age of 30! And whether you’re sixteen or sixty, you can use his strategy to start building wealth NOW!

Great video, nothing feels better than owning rental properties. I own a little over 100 rental units now and it has been the best thing I have ever done.

Good video! I can really relate to his story, since I have a similar story. Both my father and uncle have some rentals. I helped them through the years growing up and bought my first duplex on a tax auction at 18. I bought it with my cousin. We house hacked (even though we didn't know we were doing that at the time), lived in the bottom and rented the top to some friends. A few years later started buying more. Current portfolio is 29 doors and counting.

I think you’re missing his point. Cash is king and yes he made money on his first investment but looking back he could make a greater return if he had more money initially.

I understand what he was getting at however, most people will never get started. They intend to save money, but it just never happens.
