You can adjust the opacity of your spell effects in options. Really helps late game.
I wish this were an option in more games that get chaotic like this.

At 6:39 the girl says, _“To think I'd run into humans here. I'm so lucky!”_ …while staring at Tom with his cybernetic eye, his lower torso a sprawling mass of spidering gecko tails, and being intenstinally leashed to Mr. Ke the walking ball of eyes.
I feel extra bad for this caged girl now knowing that they unquestionably qualified as humans compared to what trapped her, and glad they helped her escape.

My favorite line from this video is an off-the-cuff banger from Tomathy:

Also, Tom! You can hide the interface for your wands. (I looks like you opened yours early in the video and then forgot you could close it.)
"Gecko tail" looks extremely far from what you would assume it would be lol.

Between this game, Disfigure and the Binding of Isaac, I'm not entirely certain which is more creepy.

the on-hit wands with water gun / standing still charge are the two best builds atm but so many viable things it really feels like binding of isaac but noita
my personal fav combo is thunderstorm+split+poison stacking

How do you always find broken builds in these types of games? I want to see more! (Also I've bought too many games because of you Tom! LOL)

@@InterrogatingTheCat That's not how Tom does things. You'll see him do multiple runs in games if the run ends early.
@@OmikronTitan That is kinda how Tom does things. He has directly said multiple times that he'll leave in short run if it was particularly entertaining, but there are many runs and entire games he will just scrap because it didn't turn out entertaining enough. So he does only include the best runs, but best as in most fun, not best as in progress.

In every single game when it's available for Tom to get the ability that teleports when taking dmg he always takes it... it ONLY causes nothing but issues EVERY SINGLE TIME... and here he is still taking it...

In game clock showed 1:1:13 video is 23min long. Did captain distracto took around 40min to solve the puzzle?

if tom ever gets magic and ...this.. is the way it functions mechanically for him , just.. purge him in fire!
Arcane explosion is definitely one of the better spells. Even better when you get the split and double shot ability on it and make it duplicate itself a dozen or so times, on a wand that charges on crit and boost crit chance, with expanded spell area effects.. The overlapping explosions hits so many enemies with each shot that you can fire of additional meteors in multiples for insane damage.
Shotguning, one of the best type of attacks in any arpg.

Yo try running with lighting dash and mouse tracking! It's an outfit to unlock too, but my fav rn is enemy tracking with move speed and poison light pillars. MOVING PILLARS it's so cool, get maggots so they do major mite damage
