Props to them if they exchange the broken figure, but to me, it seems like that’s what one signs up for when ordering that kind of lucky bag.
in my experience, at least, damaged usually refers to the box itself - so it is unfit to be sold as a ‘like new’ product, but the actual toy inside is unharmed. broken (damaged in the process of being shipped) or factory error (inaccurately approved and shipped out) is typically what a seller would call damaged goods
You got one of my top two favorite Antu's Nature's Secret dolls! Her hair piece has translucent details and it's very pretty in the light. Also those cactus bears!!! So cute! Definitely going to look those up.

The silica gel is acting like a weight inside the package. So people can't cheat when selecting the blind boxes.

I think they might be using the silica gel as a weight so you can’t tell what figure is inside
probably weighted to keep people from weighing them, that's why the silica was so big.
