    Great Interview. For some of us, 2PAC was our Malcolm X. He made being poor and on Welfare ok. Made us feel like we were someone too.     Big called himself the King of Ny (hip hop/rap world). He was surely the king and had to battle other NY rappers such as Nas and wu tang for the crown. I didn’t take it as king of the ny streets. Pac in this case was warned by Big, and Tyson about the guys he was hanging with. These guys were older and above his street credentials. Big nor anyone could’ve stopped this set up on Pac. The same way no one could’ve stopped the hit in Vegas.

    Why do people forget that these were young dudes that made mistakes. PAC and big were like what, 22 or 23 when these events took place. They were young and pac made mistakes. Also I think PAC was gonna squash the beef eventually. Notice in the makaveli album there are no disses directed at big.

      Biggie and his crew did not know it was about to happen as far as the others that’s debatable and Pac knew who shot him.     People have to stop with holding Big responsible for what happened to Pac. Big was just an artist he wasn't a shot caller. He couldn't control what happened to Pac in that studio that night. Plus Pac knew who he was around Big was trying to warn him but Pac didn't listen.

    Biggie AND Mike Tyson told Pac about the Brooklyn dudes he was hanging with. Pac was a special guy. But he was young. He got in over his head in NY and with Suge. He can make mistakes and still be the man he was. Biggie warned him. Biggie wasn't trying to get involved with them because they were grimy. Pac didn't listen because he thought he had it handled. He didn't.

    Biggie warned pac about those dudes . Pac dissed them on TV in their city. Pac gets shot and robbed. Pac said he knew who shot him and who set him up. Pac attacked biggie for not telling him who set him up (even though Pac knew who did it). Pac then says he slept with Biggie's wife. How does Pac come out as the good guy in this beef? He doesn't. This is why the movie flopped because its difficult to portray someone who does this as a good guy on camera. He was wrong.

    Pac felt like Biggie should’ve gave him more information on who shot him since Biggie knew of the guys beforehand and even warned Pac to not be around them.
    Then Biggie released a song while Tupac was in prison (after being shot) called “Who Shot Ya.”

      Pac knew exactly who set him up because he had an argument with Jimmy a few hours earlier & disrespected him. He used Big as an escape goat to sell records. The fact is Pac was broke & Haitian Jack used to take care of him when he was in NY. The night he got shot he was doing a feature for 7k for little Shawn & he told Jimmy he better have his money. Big had absolutely nothing to do with the situation & Pac knew that.

    When that Quad shooting happened Biggie first album just came out. He didn’t start calling himself KONY until a year or two later. But Big did warn Tupac to stay away from the dudes that ultimately got him shot.
