Nice video. However most of the Pollack you've put in the plastic bag are not big enough to keep. I hope you don't take this the wrong way, I'm just trying to help.
Use a larger metal lure with a larger hook. It's too big for those small pollack to hit and you'll get the bigger guys. Pollack are tasty fish, but be carefull, as most have worms. They're pretty easy to get out though. You should throw those small ones back.
Woow if that's what we're calling big Pollock then it's sad days for sure...those where babies and shouldn't have even been taken..what kinda fishing is this....scared of a bit of slime on the hands so you're gotta Wear gloves!?.. soft aswell..it's a no from me..haha
