she doesnt seem insecure she mentionss her age constantly. it actually emphasises her age having a much younger guy. if you follow them on social media they actually have the most fun life of any couple in this whole franchise. The show was filmed when they were on top of each other in a room waiting for their home to be ready. no couple is gonna look their best with that much pressure & being together 24/7. I think they just need separate businesses to work on so theyre not together constantly. Whats clear is he adores her. what woman doenst want that?
I am subscribed to this therapist for 2 year now and I was trying to put to rest some childhood trauma. This lady is the truth. She is s great resource and she is very direct. This is a cool scene

Sergio still has some growing to do. You can tell Caroline is slowly starting to be annoyed by him constantly being around. I get loving each other but smothering one another isn't healthy.

Making her have a baby is unfair, at her age. I totally understand he is younger but it's a lot to go through. He needs to grow up.
Thing is; she *knew* this!!! She knew a young, virile, active person inevitably wants to have his own offspring... It is unfair to dangle that carrot infront of him! She should have either broken it off immediately or have a child immediately and get it over with. There is no "let's wait and see" scenario when she is in her late 40's!

Hypnotherapy is so incredibly interesting to me. Someone’s mental state being improved though altering the state of consciousness to move through trauma and past experiences.

At least the fake “beef” between Stanbury and Ayan is over. They were both friends until filming for season 1 started and Stanbury completely out of nowhere had an issue with Ayan and didn’t invite her to her engagement party. Stanbury invented issues with Ayan last season to create drama and I’m glad they finally scrapped that fake storyline.

The clicking is used to "snap" the brain into a different state. It is a very common and effective tool.

Dubai is hazy also because of the pollution... When I was there, during the summer days, you could sometimes see a weird smog of pollution surrounding sky scrapers. Not having rainfall dooms a land... Mind you it's located near oil refineries and oil production plants. All that fine matter being blown in the air...
