Pile 2 here! It's scary how amazingly accurate Pile 2 is for my current relationship- I had originally picked pile 3 but it doesn't resonate currently. My partner and I are in long distance, and he got busy with personal things at his home which caused me anxiety and confusion. A situationship got me pregnant, this is my first child and I never originally planned to be pregnant, I set boundaries with the father, and I know this child is greater than me. Saw pile 3 first and was anxiously hesitant to choose it but that’s how I knew I needed to. I broke up with someone recently and have been grieving the relationship more than I anticipated. It’s not particularly depressing though. I’m coming from feelings of strength and self-worth and this inexplicable feeling of excitement/anxiety (however you perceive it) looking at the uncertainty that lies ahead. :) I have never felt more confident.

Pile 4 ❤️ So so so so accurate, it's insane! I recently went on a 2 week trip abroad and met someone I was interested in (temporary connection). I spent a lot of time with him and his brother while on the trip and really felt like we all really connected (more than one interested party). The one I was interested in has similar interests to me and he was a bit more open and easier to connect with. The other brother was a bit quieter and not necessarily "my type," but we still had things in common and a lot of great conversations. A few other people on the trip told me that they thought the older brother liked me and I was oblivious because I was talking more to the younger brother. (Secret admirer) I gave the younger one my number at the end of the trip, and I am still waiting for a text. (I dont have his number because he didnt bring his phone on the trip and doesnt have his number memorized). Problem is, we don't see each other regularly so it's hard to even get into contact with either of them outside that one academic situation.
I have been worried about the future and balancing that connection (I attend college a few towns over from where they live). But hearing that I should focus more on the present and be open to new possibilities and focus on myself and my own projects is really reassuring because I feel like giving him my number and being hopeful to grow with that connection is something I havent really done in awhile. Ive been single for quite a long time and didnt really plan on focusing on relationships, but meeting them kind of changed that and I want to improve myself and get that confidence back in myself that I sort of put away for awhile.
For the charms, again, a new start for me I think is this revelation that in swearing off relationships, I lost part of myself with it and, regardless of how the connection with these guys ends up, Id like to embrace more of the "me" that they bring out of me. Also the moon charm with the campsite was ironic to me because the trip we met on was a school hiking trip and his family is very outdoorsy (unlike me who had never gone camping or backpacking up until that trip 😂). So, I am giving him space and friendship, and he was sweet enough to send me a heads up about a job from an organization where he sits on the board (I am going to apply, even though the salary is lower than I want-I think that he can help them see my value and we can work out a solution that fits everyone). He is SUCH a good man, a good father and grandfather, and has a heart of gold. He needs to be free of grief, and he needs to feel comfortable with a relationship again. Pile 3 was totally on point! My husband left me and our four children last October all of a sudden and he has not seeing even the kids since. After he moved out I found out he had cheated us almost two years behind our backs. We were together 30 years of which 19 years married. Last year has been a nightmare, but I decided that if man/father can do this to his own children, I don’t want him at all. I am finally startin to see the light.
I chose pile 3 and it’s not what it seems but it fits 😂 so actually in my relationship we are making a huge move. My boyfriend is moving in together with me. Pile three. i am moving to another place away from my exes which i've needed, with my mom in a trailer. and i came to a realization that everything had an equal and opposite reaction. Without death there isn't life. without despair there isn't happiness. Without war there wouldn't be peace. Without destruction there is no building.
