I liked and subscribed hoping for more Dimash reactions😊 Dimash is a 30-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers. His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 16 or 17 languages so far). And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. You can't compare him to any other singer on this planet. He has so many different music genres and styles. He loves Freddie Mercury, but also Michael Jackson, Lara Fabian, Luciano Pavarotti and Eminem and you can also hear that one or the other has an influence on some of his songs. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills (like so many others). It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019. Since you like opera, check out Dimash’s duet with Placido Domingo - The Pearl Fishers. Domingo suggested the duet, and that Dimash sing the tenor part. Dimash didn’t know the duet and had to learn the long part quickly. They are shown with mics - for the recording, not the venue. Both are powerful enough to blast the roof off. There are only the other judges in the audience. The judges are all well-known classical musicians gathered together in Budapest to judge young classical musicians (up to age 18) on the competition show, Virtuosos V4+ 2023.

Dimash is a 30-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly anyway😅). However, if you include the notes he has sung live in his concerts so far, you get almost 8 octaves (7.7 from vocal fry C1 (B0) to the whistle register D8; this note is no longer on the piano). At least that's what he's shown us so far. And this in all registers (chest, mixed and head voice up to the whistle register). The transitions from one register to the other are so fluid that they are sometimes not recognized even by vocal coaches or professional singers.
His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of hard daily training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads, RnB and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. And at his concert in Almaty, Kazakhstan on September 23, 2022 he sang in 7 languages in one concert! And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 16 or 17 languages so far).
He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how.
Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country (and he still does). And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this.
His concert in September 23, 2022 was in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong.
He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills.
He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. You can't compare him to any other singer on this planet. He has so many different music genres and styles. He loves Freddie Mercury, but also Michael Jackson, Lara Fabian, Luciano Pavarotti and Eminem and you can also hear that one or the other has an influence on some of his songs.
Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. Not only is he perfect at singing and performing, he's also an incredibly good actor. Check out his music videos. They are amazing. You think I’m exaggerating? No, I don’t think so😄.
Olimpico or Ogni Pietra was from his Arnau concert in Kazakhstan in 2019. Here he sings in Italian. This performance from this concert is my favorite. But this was a fancam and the sound was not so good. If possible also check out the official recording on the Igor Krutoy channel.
Igor Krutoy is a famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. His and Dimash's collaboration created true masterpieces. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. If Igor Krutoy is there, the song was also written by him. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship.
Olimpico is another masterpiece that Igor Krutoy wrote especially for Dimash’s vocal skills (like so many others). It was written for the 2nd European Games in Minsk, Belarus 2019.

Here you can hear a large part of his vocal range, as well as an incredibly awesome Kazakh instrument. The Qobys. The man who often plays the Qkobys in Dimash’s performances is the best on this instrument and a good friend of Dimash. His name is Olzhas Qurmanbek. Stranger is one of my absolute favorite songs. I get goosebumps every time I hear it.

Since you like opera, check out Dimash’s duet with Placido Domingo - The Pearl Fishers. Domingo suggested the duet, and that Dimash sing the tenor part. Dimash didn’t know the duet and had to learn the long part quickly. They are shown with mics - for the recording, not the venue. Both are powerful enough to blast the roof off. There are only the other judges in the audience.
The judges are all well-known classical musicians gathered together in Budapest to judge young classical musicians (up to age 18) on the competition show, Virtuosos V4+ 2023.

There are others with his range, but no one that has that power at every point of the range plus the control over so many different singing techniques and styles.
This performance is just a drop in the ocean of his abilities. That’s why he is considered to be the technically best singer in the world. (Of course people have different tastes in singers and music, but objectively other singers just aren’t able to sing most of his songs - and if they can even hit the notes, they then lack the same precision, power, and/or emotion)

This song was written specifically for Dimash and the opening ceremony of the II European games in Minsk in 2019. It was the first work that Igor Krutoy and Liliya Vinogradova created for Dimash.
In December 2019, the song “Olimpico” performed by Dimash Qudaibergen became the Song of the Year 2019 in Russia. At the awards ceremony of the 'Victoria'Russian Music Awards in 2019, Dec. in the Kremlin Palace in Moscow, Igor Krutoy was awarded Composer of the Year, Dimash the Best Vocalist in Classical Music and he also received the Special Prize for Discovery of the Year.

* Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR). He lives and works in Moscow/ Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). His family lives in the US. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. They are friends and have a father-son relationship.
Krutoy wrote of what working with Dimash meant to him: “How lucky it is to be doing what you love to do, writing for such a brilliantly feeling singer, evoking deep emotion in the audience and being in demand'.
So far, Igor has composed several songs for Dimash and many songs in 30 years for Lara Fabian and other great singers. By the way, all Dears should also subscribe to Igor's channel. He deserves it and also flowers from the Russian Dears.
* Lilia Vinogradova wrote the grandios lyrics and is known as a permanent co-author of the composer Igor Krutoy, with whom has created wonderful works in the crossover genre. They created the cycle for DA Hvorostovsky, albums for Sumi Jo, Anna Netrebko, Yusif Aivazov, Lara Fabian and others.

This is the fan cam version. The sound is terrible. It is one focul point which is solely on Dimash. Which is awesome. But I think with this song in particular the sound should not be missed..

He also composes and plays multiple instruments. Not forgetting what an amazing, humble and kind person he is. I’m a fan girl with a difference. 😂I’m 71 and went to Budapest to see him in concert a couple of months ago from the Uk. I’ve never travelled to another country just for a concert before, despite being a music lover. He has millions of devoted fans throughout the world who travel half way around the world to see him.
