I like this guy. He didn't put blame on the others, like the distributors of those photos, and he did admit to his mistakes. What more can people ask from him? The technician didn't hack his computer. His computer was sent to a technician. The technician doesn't have to hack. He just needed to ghost the hard drive and he will have infinite access to that drive and all of its content, IDs, Passwords, anything that is set to auto signed on, bookmarked etc. Perhaps knowing the computer belongs to a well known actor the technician got curious and checked the Recycle Bin. Deleted items but Recycle Bin not emptied? Just right click and restore. My guess is that Edison DID empty the Recycle Bin but then the technician must have used the System Restore feature to fix the computer and with that the deleted photos.

No he isn't lying, you could delete something and empty trash can, but a high tech person could retrieve it. Nothing deleted is really deleted for good. If you ever put something on your computer, and deletes it later, it ONLY gets deleted from your computer, but it is not REALLY deleted, but still out there in some cyberspace. You can do research on it, it's true, that's what I learned....this is why we should be careful what we do on the internet!

Not the type that would perform oral sex, and certainly not before marriage. I'm not disagreeing with you. I didn't understand it until I heard about how different things are over there as well.

But still, he's at fault. The guy that stole the pictures served jail time, didn't he? That's how I remember it.
