  • Hello Beautiful YOU 🌸
Highly sensitive people and non-empaths are often at odds due to misunderstandings rooted in different emotional sensitivities.
In this video I navigate through the personal experiences of a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), shedding light on instances where actions or words, unconsciously dismissive or rude, have left profound consequences. I unravel common misconceptions about HSPs and non-empaths, and emphasize the critical role that empathy and understanding play in creating meaningful connections.
Together, let's pave the way for a world that values sensitivity as a strength and embraces the richness of different perspectives.
I hope you enjoy watching the video ☺️🌸

How do you think society can become more empathetic and understanding towards HSPs and Empaths? 🌸

I feel that everyone should spend a week living with these chronic illness sufferers and see exactly what they go through everyday. No masking by the sufferers. The sufferers being brutally honest about what they go through everyday.

I think through time, education and awareness, tolerance will begin to take hold. Understanding and acceptance will follow. It's a two-way street. Patience is key. It'll be a long journey, but I strongly believe it will happen

Introvert, HSP and empathetic here. Living in this world as all 3 is quite tough. As a child I never understood why I felt so very differently from others and had to work hard on trying to be someone else to fit in with the crowd. As I grow older I am finally accepting why I am the way I am and am learning to embrace it. Now I see it as a gift as I know there aren’t many of us out there. The world could benefit from lots more of us compassionate individuals! What an excellent video🥰🤍🙏

An empath needs to voice out to others, "If you
dish it, you must be able to take it." When others
respond," Past is past .. You're too sensitive"; I feel,
they're narcissist. An empath needs to build up his/
her defenses/ boundaries against such folks. When
they try to change so as not to hurt an empath; they're
Family. Occasional f-ups are worth forgiving, I dare

Amazing, most likely one of your best videos!
I completely understand your personal experience, because I too have suffered attacks from non-empathetic individuals, especially when I myself was not well and no one was listening. To this day people do not listen, most of them I deal with on a daily basis.
Because to have the ability to listen means to activate all one's energies in the present, and few people know how to do that. ❤

The hardest part is the fact you feel inviting to people, and in that you need to be less receiving, because people tend to let loose when they know someone is understanding. Often they won't bother with people who aren't understanding, and come looking for you. This was the dynamic in my marriage, when it came to the children, everything was put on me including - my husband's emotional well being. Eventually this has to end.

For this reason it’s so important to learn to set boundaries because we simply can’t bear all people’s emotions. No one can be alone with all of this. Some people even take advantage of our emotions and that’s not fair. I hope it’s better for you now 🌸🌸 many hugs
