My go to burger recipe is 2 kangaroo patties, 2 slices of bacon, 1 fried egg, sriracha mayo, 3 pickles, 2 slices of cheese, one on top of each patty and a whole sliced onion fried off and caramelised with a can of Jameson and coke for around 10 minutes to cook out the alcohol but keep the Jameson and coke taste (I used to use Jack and coke but Jameson and coke gives a better flavour IMO, smoother and sweeter) all on toasted brioche buns. I often buy the kangaroo mince so I can make the patties myself, mixing in salt, pepper, chilli flakes, sliced chilis, smoked paprika, thyme and garlic salt blend. Bloody delicious and a healthier option with less fat.
Mustard is S tier due to it being a big component to smash burgers.
Even though this wasn’t on the list but Mayochup/Fry sauce is an S tier. If anyone hasn’t tried it yet then I highly recommend.
Hot dog tier list next? a lot of the same items could be on that.
Chili dog should be an s tier for how delicious they are. Yes, they may make your bun soggy, but that's only if you don't cook at the right way.

A restaurant in my area used to have a peanut butter and jelly burger and it honestly was a solid A tier.

Gonna go on a tangent here due to personal taste but I cannot agree with mayonnaise going into S tier. I never liked mayonnaise, the taste and texture of it tend to ruin the experience of whatever I'm eating- be it a sandwich or a wrap. A lot of people say you gotta mix it- believe me its been mixed with other sauces at times- but considering that we gotta look at the individual sauce itself, if you have to mix mayo with another sauce for it to be any good, then I'm sorry, but that is already a massive L.
I Hate Mayonnaise, I'd put it in D tier, or even make a seperate tier for it and place it on the very bottom.
