Hi Richard! I might have seen your plane under construction as I'm based at Torrance in the East T's. That looks like a great place to try for BBQ. If you don't mind spending a bit (lot) more, Harris Ranch is absolutely awesome! 10% off for pilots. That said, for 60 bucks you get enough for 2 meals! I was curious what you use for a camera and audio? I'm currently using AVID for editing but intend to retire soon and finally get some serious flying in my Cardinal RG! Happy Aviating!
Hi Peter, yes I've landed at Harris Ranch and eaten there a couple of times. Would make a good episode. I use GoPro's inside the plane and an audio cable adapter that I plug into one GoPro that I purchased at MyPilotstore.com. Enjoy!

Hi Richard - what are you using for headset holders at the top of the cabin ?
The ones that came with the kit. I wish they were wider. Headsets sometimes fall off.
