Yea, it took me a while to get used to having to do more than just unga bunga, I didn't even know that you could damage him through out the first half of the fight without paralysing him until my brother told me.
The two people who have valid reasons to beat up scara One got their family prestige ruined by him The other one is literally his mother Also now I realize (in the story itself) this fight is basically a 500-year old kid fighting another 500 year-old kid and we are just assisting one of them cuz they're the good one

@@scaryyxz pyro clears the icy floor cryo clears fiery floor anemo makes wind currents electro 1 puts him in an electro attack sorta phase and electro 2 if done right after electro 1 paralyses him temporarily hydro provides healing.and all the matrixes provide particles of their respective elements when activated
So much respect for you Oyaji-san. I thought this boss was pretty challenging during shield phase (dont really get the mechanics yet), + you need to move your camera to target it (I hate it on mobile lol). really nice run
personally i think its way easier than azdaha. You dont even need a shield, scara combat mechanics is too easy and predictable. I guess that design is just for asthetic only. I rather they make the combat similar like raiden shogun.
Fun Fact : If Raiden Shogun Die During the fight with Scara , Scara will have unique Dialouge , Just Like Azhdaha to Zhongli If Dwalin Can Talk too I think It will also have Special Dialouge With Venti
destroy those purple drones with elemental attack except hydro & electro then shoot him.... pyro,cryo, and dendro are best element for that gimmick ( 1 hit to destroy those floating drones).... 2 hits if using anemo & geo.

The first phase is so hard for me I was sweating so much because I was so scared so I couldn't really think fast with the mechanics on the ground on how to paralyze him,I do admit that if I am in a scared state I will forget the mechanics so I lose a lot of hp
Scaramouche should be the ending of Inazuma Archon quest because his backstory is connected to Ei, Miko, Kazuha and the Kamisato siblings. Imagine Raiden Ei and Kazuha teaming up to beat Scara who wants to takeover Inazuma. They should made Grand Sage Azar as the main villain of Sumeru Arc. A mere human aspiring to be a god would be so more interesting to be honest but wtf, they just made the grand sage a fucking NPC. haha. My thoughts only.
I feel like the grand sage is still the main villain, and Scara being like a foil to Nahida (there was a post on their similarities, etc). Like I never saw Scara as the main antagonist in this quest line
But Azar IS the main villain in Sumeru, Scaramouche is just a boss battle Also, none of the three you mentioned before seem to care about Scara at all, so the scenario you say would just be an anticlimatic conclusion for him. Ei just abandoned him when she concluded he wasn't fit for the role she created him for (she doesn't have an emotional bond with our boy and didn't kill him just because she felt she owed him something), right now she's very indifferent towards him. Same with Miko. And Kazuha already moved on from that past as his relatives wanted him to do. In the other hand we have Nahida, another character who was born to be a god but was betrayed and abandoned. They have similar stories but followed different paths. One became selfish and started to despise the mortals and their emotions, while the other became humble and decided to do the best she could while trying to understand the mortals and their emotions. Making these two persons meet in a very important moment in both's lives (the moment when Scara finally became a god and when Nahida finally was free) is a very intelligent thing to do, if you ask me. We still haven't seen the full story of Scaramouche, most likely in 3.2 we'll get more developing in his story quest (or even an archon quest interlude, like Shenhe's or Xiao's). But I think it has better potential than just another fight with some dude who wants to destroy the nation, and featuring three other characters who don't care about him.

They can make the story where Azar was so obsessed with Greate Lord that he wants to become a god himself in likeness of her. That will be more interesting if you ask me. Scaramouch being the villain in Sumeru makes the story so predictable to be honest. We all know before Sumeru's release that he goes to the Akademiya with gnosis. Also, there's also no personal relationship between him and Nahida, they even dont check if he's okay when he fell from his mech. What's anticlimatic when Ei and Scaramouche will face each other in Inazuma. It will give players deeper understanding of their relationship which will be good for their own redemption arcs. Scara wants to prove he can handle the gnosis and be worthy while Ei wants to show that he cares for him by letting him free to live as a normal Inazuman. A battle between the creator and his creation will be a more epic conclusion for that arc.
its embarrassing to say this but the little floaty thing was the thing that helped me defeat scaramouche. Like i straight up did nothing but dodge attacks..
I want to solo him with Miko, but the turret things are immune to electro. Guess I'll just have to go through his shield. Edit: Can't just beat him by going through his shield. The NEO Aksha Terminal mindlessly pounds away at him, focing me to deal with his OHKO attack. Problems: 1. Right before the attack, Akshay terminal is drained of energy, so I can't save a blast. 2. Cutscene animation last too long for me to fire the blast pre-emintivly 3. Miko is incapable of breaking the turrets, so I cant restore NEO akasha energy. 4. Turrets are also immune to physical attacks, so Skyward Atlas can't bail me out. 5. When Scaramouch finishes charging, he places a lightning ring on me before impact, that drains elemental energy (of the entire party) and paralyzes. The paralysis can be avoided by an ult, and presumably a dodge, but the energy drain cannot. So no dice on I framing the attack with an Ult. The scene if him attacking locks your characters movement for a second or 2 as well, so you can't dodge normally either. The only solution I can think of is bringing in another party member for the soul purpose of breaking the turrets, or eating the hit in Miko's stead. But that requires another member, which defeats the purpose of it being a solo, at least a true solo, which is my goal, and I will have nothing but absolute victory. Any ideas?
Weekly bosses should be this way imo, since you’re only able to get the mats once a week It should be challenging and fun at the same time like this boss.
It's not that Scaramouche is hard, it's just that he has 90% electro defense, so Raiden can't do lots of damage, therefore extending the fight even longer

Bruh I just realized that using these dendro thingies is the way to stop his meteor-like death blow. I've been deadass using the extra character as sacrifice. And I also like that his first scene dialogue changes when you bring Nahida in team or not.

What we really need is a Gundam vs. Gundam battle with Scara.
Ei doesn’t need to team up with anyone to face her kid 😂 she was fighting in the archon war with a trash weapon when she wasn’t even a god.

何回かソロ討伐してきたのでいくらかコツを申し上げます。
前半
エネルギーゲージに余裕を持たせて戦う事
特に雷属性の床を活性化させた時は注意。起き上がったあとは確実に雷属性の範囲攻撃の大技がきます。(2種類)
そしてその大ダメージを受ける雷属性の大技は風属性の床で躱せること
後半
バリア時は七葉寂照秘密主に対して出来るだけ遠距離にいる事。
即死級の技を溜めている時(バリア破壊後)は装置を破壊できない属性が存在する事を理解する事(雷、水、物理)
高いところにある装置に攻撃が届かないキャラが存在する事(胡桃とか)
以上ですかね。
メインアタッカーのおすすめ属性は氷、炎、草です。
なるほど、ダウン取らせることが出来るのか(風域以外回避攻撃しかしてなかった)

Edit: Can't just beat him by going through his shield. The NEO Aksha Terminal mindlessly pounds away at him, focing me to deal with his OHKO attack.
Problems:
1. Right before the attack, Akshay terminal is drained of energy, so I can't save a blast.
2. Cutscene animation last too long for me to fire the blast pre-emintivly
3. Miko is incapable of breaking the turrets, so I cant restore NEO akasha energy.
4. Turrets are also immune to physical attacks, so Skyward Atlas can't bail me out.
5. When Scaramouch finishes charging, he places a lightning ring on me before impact, that drains elemental energy (of the entire party) and paralyzes. The paralysis can be avoided by an ult, and presumably a dodge, but the energy drain cannot. So no dice on I framing the attack with an Ult. The scene if him attacking locks your characters movement for a second or 2 as well, so you can't dodge normally either.
The only solution I can think of is bringing in another party member for the soul purpose of breaking the turrets, or eating the hit in Miko's stead. But that requires another member, which defeats the purpose of it being a solo, at least a true solo, which is my goal, and I will have nothing but absolute victory.
Any ideas?
You can't true solo Scaramouche with Yae. They even made sure you can't burst i-frame Setsuna Shoumetsu.
Its impossible with miko.. or at least someones discovers a game breaking glitch
What i discovered so far is that the turrets are immune to hydro and electro

Weekly bosses should be this way imo, since you’re only able to get the mats once a week

personally i think its significantly easier than raiden or signora, mostly because of its really low health

It's not that Scaramouche is hard, it's just that he has 90% electro defense, so Raiden can't do lots of damage, therefore extending the fight even longer

Bruh I just realized that using these dendro thingies is the way to stop his meteor-like death blow. I've been deadass using the extra character as sacrifice.
And I also like that his first scene dialogue changes when you bring Nahida in team or not.
