    I never cared about bear grylls
    Like he was never an icon on the television that I would be like “hey let’s watch”. But I did know he was like a strict vegan for many years and it’s crazy how his mentality just snapped and he woke up. He isn’t just trashing on it he’s giving detailed analysis of the toll it took on his body and I’m sure he got fed up with living on half of his potential. Weakness, gut ailments, mental happiness . All that.

      Absolutely. He realised the truth and was brave enough to admit he was wrong. We need more of that.

      Meanwhile ppl following veganbootie are so dumb they dont know beargrylls was rlly strict vegan. They think he just a fake vegan who used vegan as diet. I was commenting on a vid saying that vegans used to be meateater so if they stop being vegan they were never vegan? And oof the replies. I support vegans but not the ppl who use veganism as weapon.

    Guys. This is a man of extremes...he simply jumps from one extreme to the other. Both physicaly and mentaly.Just have a balanced diet and if this doesn't work, try what fits you best. But don't just take for granted what anyone else says.

    Hey, can you give me some advice? I been folowing this high fat carnivore diet and my blood pressure is higher. I don´t know what i did wrong, i heard that saturated fats clog the arteries but i don´t know... i just don´t want to diet of a hearth attack

    • @healthwealthpodcast
      @healthwealthpodcast  ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I’m not a doctor so can’t give medical advice and don’t know the exact details of your personal situation.
      If the diet itself seems to have raised your blood pressure then maybe take some fat out and see if that helps. Need to see what works for you. Everyone will react differently so it’s a case of tweaking it to fit you.
      Also worth seeing if the diet is the only factor causing higher blood pressure.
      Good healthy fats don’t clog your arteries that’s a myth.
      However if you have had a poor diet in the past then your arteries may not be in great shape to begin with.

    • @harry356

      Saturated fat does not clog arteries, that's a myth. How did you measure your blood pressure? Just 2 measurements or more?

      There is a recent study proving a point that humans are apex predators.
      The fact that human digestive tract can handle veggies, tubbers, and fruits does not mean we trive on them. Correlation is not causation.
