I workout at home, calisthenics and dumbells. Dude I was about to give up, but out of nowhere my obliques started showing and I can see I lose belly fat more and more everyday. I remember you said “have patience”. You were right!
I lost 1 real kg in 1 month just by increasing proteins and fat a little bit and diminish sugar overall (fruits included) and with a deficit of 200 kcal on avarage. I also went back to exercise but this time I'm trying calisthenics for the first time in my life. Never in my life I was able to do a single push up, now I can do 6 in a row and I'm working on getting my first pull up. It's so hard!! But I wanted to save money and the gym is far away and expensive.

Hey Wan..I already lost 9 kilo since first January..got 5 kilo more to go...(I used high protein one meal a day)
My answer was straight away, without thinking...I don't go to the gym. Only because the WFH (Mon, Tue, Thur afternoon, Fri) / Office days (Wed and Thur Morning). Would mean having two gym memberships, too much of a cost....I know all you're hearing is Blah blah blah excuses lol
I do go running club Tue and Thur Evening where we do between 5km and 10km and a Saturday 5km parkrun, but my "Other Exercises" are almost non existent.
I have collected all the home gym equipment from resistant bands, to kettlebells and 4 skipping ropes, press-up equipment to a Pull up bar, that is still in the box.
It is all mental and in my head, for not maintaining a regularly routine that I can use at home and work but also a variety of different exercises, as I get bored quickly of routine lol.
I know that is the same excuse for about 98% of men over 50, who want to make a change but are not naive to know, they wont be that magazine cover model, but just want to lose the belly, feel better and not be exhausted after a days work or long walk.
I know Blah Blah Blah excuses..lol
