Sir great receipe, one thing I want to mentioned now, I have been watching your videos since Covid times 2020 & followed your small small tips like adding whole coriander with stems in Makhani gravies, roasting Kassori methi before adding, sprinkling garam masala at the end, closing the cover after adding smoking tadka etc.etc. I literally want to thanks you from heart that after following your tips I have made myself from Engineer to Chef, now everybody in my family wants my handmade recipes in the occasions for restaurant like taste.🙏🙏

Made this burfi....it was actually dhanedaar and super soft the 1/2 kg besan which I brought vanished in no seconds .. everyone said it melted in there mouth ...thank you Chef as always it's a treat to watch your video.
