Check out PNW porting channel on TH-cam. Those are 63cc Kasei engines. With a few mods that 63cc can do over 100km/h becaue if you measure the stock port timings with the stock head gasket: Intake port: open @ 112 degrees ABDC, duration 134 degrees Transfers: Both open at the same time with the same duration, open @ 22-23 degrees after exhaust has opened, 104-110 degrees duration Exhaust: open @ 102 degrees ATDC, duration of 155 degrees From the port timings, it seems that advancing the timing of around 20 degrees with 1E44F coil to assist in help reving high. That with a small lift on exhaust port and skimming bottom of piston skirt to equal length of the intake port lift and a walbro HDA 48 or 77 carb with exhaust pipe and she will rev over 129000 rpm all day long 💪
Siya nga..ayun yung dati ko evo walang crossbar, inalis ko nabaduyan kasi ko master kaso for safety pala yung foam nun. Ganda nun paint nun deck mo master..
Are you all riding the same 63cc cause on the video we can clearly see some of them are really fast even after you clock 51to60 maybe gear ratio can someone explain
Hi thanks for you message , most of us are using 46cc ,49cc and 63cc , the 46cc is more on high speed while the 63cc is more on torque but it depends on the gear ratios
@@motopedstandupscooter6272 what types of gear box are you using homemade? cause 74km is pretty fast and can you give any suggestion on what types of gear ratio should i use on 63cc i really want to build one
