    ‏السلام عليكم
    For ‏العلمين should the elongation be an extension of ‏ع or the ‏حركات َ ?
    ‏بارك الله فيك

    • @MadeEasySeries
      @MadeEasySeries  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Walaikum Salaaam
      العلمين
      1- The first madd is مد الطبيعي on the ع which is two counts.
      2- The second Madd in the word is مد عارض السكون on the meem if we're stopping at the end of it. Which is 2, 4 or 6 counts.

    • @user-sw5xx1ey9e
      @user-sw5xx1ey9e 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Tajweed Made Easy sorry I’m still confused.
      So when the ع is two counts we continue pronouncing the ع from where it comes from(the articulation point). Or do we start with the articulation point but the two counts is just (aa like regular alif).
      ‏إن شاء الله this makes sense

    • @MadeEasySeries
      @MadeEasySeries  6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Assalamu Alaykum.
      The articulation point of the letter ع comes from the throat (middle part) like you mentioned but the stretching of it comes from the empty part of the throat. So any form of stretching with the letters of Madd (ا ي و) is articulated from the empty part of the mouth/throat (in Arabic Al Jawf)
      Inshallah this will be covered in the upcoming videos explaining the articulation points of all the letters.
      Jazakallahu khayran for asking. May Allah increase you in your knowledge and be of a benefit to others.

      Please refer to this lesson for more clarification on the articulation point of
      Alif ا
      Yaa ي

      Tajweed Made Easy
      ‏بارك الله فيك
      It makes sense.
      1.If a person makes a mistake in madd(i.e they have trouble making sure something is 2/4/5/6 counts exactly) does that affect the validity of the recitation(more specifically reciting the ‏فاتحة during salah)?
      2. Do mistakes in nasalization affect the validity of the recitation as well?(i didn’t realize I had some of these mistake until now(I watched the video on the articulation points) and I’m trying to work on them but I still have to pray).
      ‏جزاك الله خير for answering my questions

  • @matterment

    Why does one type of madd have the option of 2, 2 and a Alf and 4 at the same time? That's the part that confuses me.

  • @smarrahman
    @smarrahman 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Wa jaaaa woo... That last example, I don't understand. Jeem should extend 4or 5 harakah and woo should extend two harakah. If am not mistaken. Please correct me

  • @امابراهيم-و3ب
    @امابراهيم-و3ب 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Assalaamualaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, baarakAllaahu feekum, so you said the madd are 9, is madd at-tabee'e and madd al-faree'e classed in that or was it just their sub-categories?

  • @ع.خ-م4ح
    @ع.خ-م4ح 5 ปีที่แล้ว

    Madd Al badl is always 2 harakaat right? I'm asking because for some of the examples like the word إسرائيل, it seems as if madd Al 3aaridh lil-sukoon can be applied since they're very similar. Or is it always applied except when there's a hamzah before the madd letter with sukoon?

    • @bybbah
      @bybbah 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it is in the other group 3 to 5 counts simple madd followed by HAMZAH ,it becomes a longer elongation.THE CASES OF MUTTAŞIL and MUNFAŞIL. simple madd then hamzah longer strech.
