Worst customer service, CRM Dept , their Head & staff . are very unprofessional and they are not ready to communicate with customers. They just ask to contact customer care , call centre , customer portal etc . That Dept is useless for customers. I don't know why that Dept exists if they don't want to communicate with their customer. Think twice before buying any flats from sobha Ltd , Bangalore
