Sam will keep quiet for sure I can't see Ethan going anywhere perhaps Sienna will get the blame forcing Warren helping her prove her innocence which will lead Warren spending time with his kid putting a strain between him and Norma which could lead to a great showdown thats only if Sienna gets the blame though as Dave might work with Sam to pin it on Sienna or as revenge for Dave's secret involving Sam's and Lizzie's mother Sam pins it on Dave either way Sam finding out which looks highly likely could be really interesting

But if you're referring to the the time she shot Sienna, that doesn't count because she was trying to aim at Brody. If it was after being exposed, then yeah Summer did attempt to kill Sienna but she treated it as a last resort. To answer your second question, it depends on the type of yandere. Most of them don't, they'd usually kill their rivals, and there are some that don't kill at all. However, there are a few cases when they would try to kill the one they love, either as a last resort (like Summer) or as a twisted way of not letting anyone else be with their love interest, which is less common.
