Some of these are incomparable like for example Energizer and Reactors and also mad and rocket storm as they’re used for different things. Top path sub would never be used for dps and mad has moab dmg while rocket storm has small bloom dmg. Good comparison otherwise
Energizer can be use for hordes like ceramic rushes
The radiation effect of reactors also don't stack, so if a Bloon is inside range of 2 reactors, it will still do the damage of 1

For the main Moab, if you have a 4-0-0, a 4-0-1, and a 4-0-2 a ZOMG will not be able to successfully kill you on its own.
Yeah cripple is lowk underrated they can deal mad damage to single targets
This just goes to show that other than the t5’s that completely change the tower (like mad) and the t5’s that buff the towers around them (like sub commander) getting a t5 is almost always better than getting a lot of t4’s
Some of these aren't quite comparable, like sub commander is meant to buff other subs so he is weaker by himself

If we talk about pure damage, it's a good comparison, but you have to take into account passive abilities and/or space utilization, also consider that some become more support towers than damage, as such I just think that the 5xx ninja doesn't compensate, although I haven't tried to compare them on my own a couple of updates ago (I used the translator to write this, sorry if it's wrong xD)
Should have moved the reactors to cover the entire loop because their damage does not overlap with each other.
the main problem about the water based tier 5 is the fact most of them act as a support to the rest of their tier 4 (etc)
this is also the reason why some people think Admiral Brickell is weak.
for example I only buy the tier 5 bottom buccanneer if I can place at least more 3 or 2 bottom paths buccanneers otherwise isnt worth to buy that tier 5.
same thing happens to the tier 5 top path buccanneer, in fact 3 tier 4 can beat the tier 5 but buying the buff is always worth it if you have others water based towers or aces.

Can pretty much every solo evey bloon to 49, kills every lead/purple instantly, decamos instantly with no limit..for like 3k hes solid and theres literally 0 reason to not build him when theres a good spot in the front :D

The fact that Preemptive Strike (X-5-X sub) instantly kills any DDT that spawns (even fortified if buffed by sub commander) makes it the most reliable anti-ddt tower in the game when there's water (and now even without, with mermonkey)

-cripple Moab used for damage boosting
-elite sniper used for sniper attack speed
-supply drop used for farm
-energizer used for cooldowns
-reactor also used for cooldowns
-preemptive used to damage groups of smaller moabs
-sub commander used to buff other subs (lmao he's called a commander fighting by himself is hilarious)
-aircraft carrier used to buff other water towers and for placement of land towers
-pirate lord did get a buff recently as well as monkey pirates, and monkey pirates spam may be more essential for races
-trad empire is meant to be an empire not one boat... Lol
-sky shredder could be bought for DDT popping as it pops lead and by itself is easier to micro
-tsar bomb often used for stunning Moab class Bloons late game (especially those pesky ddts)
-once again flying fortress is easier to micro, yes micro helps on flying fortress a little bit
-special operation farming is op in boss events can pick up other strong towers
-commanche commander has permanent uptime whilst in longer rounds comanche defense may falter
-biggest one once again used for stuns and easier micro
-pop and awe also used for stun at times, but artillery battery could have practical implications in races
-blooncineration used to defortify zomgs and higher dps whilst shattering shells mostly for 98 cheap solution
-ray of doom not used for BAD damage more for cleanup
-rocket storm used for Ceram damage and with monkey knowledge stun, but MAD used for Moab class DMG
I have probably missed some or made a mistake feel free to correct me or add more, and obviously crosspathing may change results, also some saveups are harder, especially in chimps

for ceramic testing, you should prob do round 63 or 78, 98 for clump damage and 100 for single target

good thing pre-emptive has the entire point of the upgrade... (Not that First Strike doesn't get stronger but still, I'd think that DDTs vs Megalodon would mean DDTs vs Pre-Emptive.)
Yeah that Sub Commander thing doesn't matter for the same reason as Banana Central
And Carrier Flagship has bonus platforms and an even more general buff than Sub Commander or Banana Central, so...
And the lack of crosspaths definitely has a huge impact... Bottom path boat does not do notable later-game damage without grapes. And that's ANOTHER Banana Central case.

kinda felt like some of the tests were specific rounds to make one of the paths win, even if it wasnt representative of their use case. particularly the energizer/ reactors. nobodys getting either of these to pop moab class bloons. also, GZ vs tsar bomba. These towers are not used for single target damage.

I think the mortar monkey would have been more fair of a test if you’ve done Striker Jones ability to follow the bloon
Should’ve unsubmerged the subs for better stats or done max pierce test for towers that are more price like top sub or middle sniper

Alot of these aren’t good on their own, however doesn’t make them bad towers
For mortar you can use strike Jones in a place where he cant pop balloons
you're testing a lot of these against a single BAD when the tower is clearly meant for multiple stacks of enemies/high pierce.
as already pointed out some of these arent quite comparable not to mention that on the ace you actually cheated on as you microed the t5 so that all projectiles hit while the t4 had to rely on luck to hit (obviously you cant micro 9 operation dartstorms but for FAIR comparison sky shredder should not have been microed either)

But for a fair comparison stat whise if one can't be microed but the other can you either forbid to micro the latter or use a compensation for the first (in this case 1 ods with micro that result x9) cuz otherwise youd have a situation in for example olimpics where you allow a super Sportler to take drugs but the 9 newbies that are his opponents and are there for the first time aren't allowed too. Its not fair. Wich in a comparison/compatition needs to be the case for the result to be meaningful.

@TerragonAndArgon but you can actually micro the sky shredder... that's what you do when using it. If one tower can be microed for greater effect and the other can't, that's a downside for the tower that can't be, and should be shown in the test.
For the mortars: just use striker jones next time instead of having to manually control them
comparing one pre-emptive to 3 first strikes in an instance like that is missing the point of pre-emptive, its better for rushes not single targets

The carrier t4 is better with grapeshot build and why change center path location... wingmonkey mode does the same thing with less effort and wasn't a fair comparison as the multi t4 was just left alone

I think some of these are wrong like the monkey ace having 100000 pops from one BAD even though it should only get roughly 60k so he might have upgraded one he already used
Edit tested it: it only got 76k pops even after using one of the four spectres that already went up Against the bad so I don’t what he did but it wasn’t a fair test😊
Trade empire and the tier 4 version aren't used for damage there used for money also damage with cross path hot shot
