For the garage when you drive the car the garage door is in the corner of your screen top left corner outlined in blu and you can also go to house controls for it :)

8:23 if your in your car you press the garage door by house controls if your not in your car press House controls and press the garage door. Hope that helps you Amberry

I hope Olive, Kaia and Mia join Brookhaven so you can do some baby roleplays! Btw here are 10 roleplay hacks in Brookhaven:
1) If you equip the pushchair from your bag, you can press the infant and it will let a child sit in the pushchair
2) Always lock your door if you don't want people breaking in and stealing your money from the safe
3) You can actually teleport to your house by pressing the house icon and then pressing the teleporting icon
4) If you press the car icon you can lock your car by pressing the car keys so then people can't drive off with your car (only you can drive it while it's locked)
5) When you equip items from your inventory most of them have different emotes so on the side of your screen you can see what emotes it's on. To change it you can type f1 (emote 1) f2 (emote 2) or f3 (emote 3) or you can just click on the button
6) You can give people items if you hold the item, click on the person you want to give it to and then click give item on the middle left of your screen.
7) You can get a pool if you go to your backyard and press this outlined white rectangle and if you have premium it will give you the option to have a pool
8) If you go into your hot tub, you can press this red button on the side of the tub which will give you bubbles and allow you to have different coloured lights.
9) For someone to be able to have interactions with your house (like sleeping, having a bath or showering) you need to give them roomate access
10) You can change the colour theme of your house by pressing the colour wheel on house controls as well as customising your details such as your rp name your bio and your job by pressing the face icon (the one without the pencil)

If u don’t know how to open the gate, just press the garage button which is where the house lock button is. I hope this helped u! :)
