Self-Taught Baker Shares Her SECRET to Sweet SUCCESS (Feat. Oluwatosin Lawal) | Africa Speaks

Oluwatosin “Tosin” Lawal is the founder of Tee’s Kitchen, a bakery in Windhoek Namibia. Tosin was inspired to start her cake business during the COVID-19 pandemic. To her surprise her cakes were a hit and soon she started receiving orders from high profile clients like the Peace Corps of Namibia.
While growing up Tosin wanted to become two things, a banker and a baker. So she studied Business Management at university but has never had any formal training in the art of baking. She is a self-taught baker and makes all her exquisite cakes from watching TH-cam videos.
Tosin is a true inspiration of what you can achieve with a can-do attitude and high spirits. Determined to keep growing as an entrepreneur she reinvests her profits back into her business. In fact she recently opened Tee’s Bakery Boutique, a shop for baking utensils and equipment. Her dream is to have a Tee’s Kitchen in every country in Africa.
