to make it filling & for more protein u may add soaked, boiled chickpea or green beans. for dressing crushed garlic & chilli flakes & carom seeds in olive oil is a relishing choice. even tahini & greek yoghurt with olive oil & herbs tastes great as dressings
I can understand ur pain. Its okay. Get used to it. When your son and daughter starts cooking , such things happen even in stainless steel cookware. The burnt patches at the bottom.😂 From my experience.

Though our kids, grasp many things from us, still would like to deviate from the old style and learn new from the old by themselves. In that process, they may damage few cookware.Get nice scoldings from us.And they may not want to use Kalchatti or mud vessels or eeya chombhu further. In that way, the journey of our traditional cookware will die and become extinct in the near future. SO DONT THINK SO MUCH. AND ASK YOUR KIDS DO THE COOKING IN THE TRADITIONAL COOKWARE AT TIMES .

U dont have to go to kumbakonam. If possible, courier it to Anandha vilas directly or u can ask someone to courier it to Chennai( if someone takes it from Singapore to Chennai) They will exchange it and u can buy a new one also.

When you come to India in September for the wedding, u can exchange & buy a new Eeya Chombu at the same shop. The 2 stainless steel pans are superb & the Greek salad & bread toast are appetizing, healthy & tasty. 👌👏👍😋🙏 Don't worry. Chill, Relax & take care.❤️🫶💐
