Thank you very much @Nectarous C. I thought I was rambling WAY too much. I really didn't plan to discuss the vascular system of the tree so I didn't prepare. Please let me know if there are any videos you would be interested in seeing.
Great video Mike, I am new to all this and I found this simple to understand. I found the part of which way the nodes face the branch usually grows facinating. Could you do a video on cultivating cuttings?
@Tony T, this is my latest method: m.th-cam.com/video/QNxxddV1P-Y/w-d-xo.html m.th-cam.com/video/S9xrsBBqPjU/w-d-xo.html Please let me know if I can help in anyway!
I live on the border of USDA zone 6 and 7. The winters here have been bipolar. One year we had 80 degree days almost every day in October and November, while the year before I don't recall it ever getting above 32 F in October and November. Therefore, never sure how cold it will be and I would hate risk loosing one of my babies to the cold!
Great info in here for all growers
One of your better TH-cam videos!

Thank you very much. I hope I haven't babbled too long! I was just trying to be clear on my methodology!

Hi Mike. I know there are many videos on rooting figs. I want to see a video on how you root fig cuttings. Oh ..and thanks for the bags,
Why do you take them in at all why not just leave them outside?
