You can do this with the buggy. Except you have access to rhe drag wheels. Giving you racing pavement grip with thick proper tires that are close to the original size
there is a mod, that allows you to adjust the grip of the tires, but keeps the texture of it, in case you need it! I find it really useful for such kind of stunts!
just wait until this guy finds out about the AgentY universal car value scale mod that lets you adjust stuff like your traction without having to swap wheels
