Btw in normal DAC if you attack Isengard and kill them in the same turn - using catapults or spies, you don't get any negatives but get Isengard itself from where you can recruit both Wolfgard and Orthanc units. If you don't kill them in 1 turn tho, Isengard gets some massive armies attack Isenrun, Derwaith, Helms Deep, Foldburg, Fangorn and Gineard, and you lose all your Orthanc units including your general!
If the siege at Onodrith is lifted, and you want to fight Rohan on your terms, you could uses the bridges near Entwade and Edoras to bait them into bridge-battles. Pikes + Artillery (which you have in both armies) will wipe the floor with the Rohirrim. Just remember to occupy both bridges or you will get sandwiched. Also loving the campaign!
Hello, friend. Well, it went as I expected, as you now have two more enemies, but who will come from only one direction, Tharbad. This is another reason why you must finish the Rohirrim one hour earlier. Tharbad surely needs some military infrastructure, as the Breelanders are not more powerful than you, however the Dunedain and their Rangers are a completely different story. Albiet this is exactly the war we wanted to have, so as to have the perfect excuse ofr attacking north of Gwathlo. Another front that might open is the one with Enedwaith, albeit you are allied to them. So, it's not a bad idea to have garrisons in the towns bordering them, though the priorities are Rohan, the Goblins and Bree/ Dunedain. It's not an extension of the fronts that is beneficial for you, however this is the situation. I feel confident that you will survive the siege in Onodrith and the sooner you march to Entwade and Calenhad and finish Rohan the better for you, because the sooner you'll free up armies to attack in Eregion and towards Tharbad. Your economy will rise progressively, as soon as you give some investments. And from now on, you'll need more, because the Dunedain have better units than yours, so you'll need the Warband units, as your militia lack significantly in front of them. Have a nice time.
To be honest I think the dwarves are more important allies and cooler allies then Dol Guldur and would be worth breaking the alliance with Dol Guldur for. I’m really enjoying the series and thank you for reading the comments!
I'm old and retired, i have the time to watch a 2 hour video, plus i love TATW DAC. you forgot to use the ballista in the Moria battle, that could have been deadly in confined spaces.
Maybe rename Onodrith into something like Lurtz’s Folly. The man did not have a good death, the least you could do is keep his name around as a reminder to not Tank Heavy cav with Archer units
Moria too long has the realm been under a greedy ruler but now we shall see the age of men and we and the white wizard has out stayed his welcome and his tower will be most useful to you your glorious high king long live the king long live Sir Izzy 😄👍
I still think that you should have gone crazy and take those big swings. You would have avoided a long stalemate with Rohan, and lets face it, even if Rohan attacks you, defensive siege fight, especially with some ballista towers, is a very cheap and boring victory. You should have faced the Rohirrim on the plains, show that you are the true master of that land, rather than cowering in the cities like little female dogs. :P
Reconsidering this, I think you're right. If there's still an opportunity to do so, I'll try to set it right. Though facing two armies at the same time is a bit too much of a mess for me to handle 🤔
@@IzzyTotalWar That's what she said... Ahem. Seriously, though, I think you could handle even bigger armies. And if you can't, it is still going to be an entertaining loss, making for a better story than the Nth defensive siege with ballista towers and the box of death at the gate. At the start of the campaign, you need to cheese the AI to get ahead. But now you have pretty much won, already. Time to have fun!

How ironic, the faction Izzy is fighting is the very one he failed as! Ah, the irony is wonderful
I'll have my revenge still

That's honestly a really good strategy, will see if I can apply it in the next episode
crazy, Dunland is most advanced faction lol. love the content man
Just finished work. Checks TH-cam. Izzy has uploaded. Evening plans: Made.
You should send a group down the ladders to block the exit when the goblins are fully committed. Then when they try to flee you can beat them all down
Hell yeah another Izzy video. I watched the last 10 in two days 😅
Love your campaigns I love the intro with your own lore.❤
Thanks for the love, but my friend you need help ❤️
Great campaign. Lots of new wars. Don't forget to destroy buildings in Moria

Yes!! Great job with this series Izzy!

Man, I've played far too much Conquest of Elysium 5. The into was great, but I've heard that song so often it was throwing me.
I've also given naming suggestions, btw. Name a settlement of your choosing after Ragnar and I'll be a happy camper ❤
Waiting for the right time (honestly, Isengard?)

👍👌❣
Ep 10 was 2 hours? Felt like half an hour 😂 very fun tho and no I didn't skip anything
You might have buildings to destroy in Moria
Probably yes, will check!
Does EUR not have the balrog defending Moria west first time round like AGO?
Isn't that limited to certain factions? He might still pop up though
Plagues????! Since when 😮
Since filthy Dunlendings don't shower. Natural selection babyyy
