I went to the ER, here's some of what happened...

This past month I went to the ER and a mental health facility, and I wanted to talk about it a little. It was a very scary experience, but things are okay now. Here's a little more info, but there's so much more to it than I'll ever be able to talk about in one video. Hopefully this at least gives you some idea of where I've been at...
