소시지는 돼지고기를 밥과 함께 발효시켰기 때문에 신맛이 납니다. 그리고 소세지 1은 신맛이 나는 버전과 두번째는 신맛이 없는 버전이 있는데 발효시간이 덜해서 아직은 살짝 신맛이 나요.
