Pile 1, I choose to go into a more balanced way with myself, but I don't need the suffering he triggers within me when he is in my periphery. Pain is innevitable but suffering is optional. I need no unnecessary dramas to grow. I choose to learn from a point of improvement and not by being dragged by his destructive behaviors.

Cheating is one hundred percent a terrible thing to do, and you don’t do that to people you love. If you do that then you’re just being selfish and don’t really care about your partner. So never ever tolerate people who cheat on you, it may be hard to let go especially if you’re really in deep or if you’re emotionally connected to them. Pile 2. I’ve been weeping and listening. This was the confirmation I had needed and wanted. There’s an age gap, he’s younger, he’s got so much bravado, and is a beautiful spirit. There is a depth to our connection that I know is there- but I doubt myself. He’d be here one minute and then gone and I’d think I imagined it. I spent lots of money on therapy thinking I might be delusional or fantasizing this relationship. Sexually there were some things that happened where I was left confused and insecure. Pile 3 had me in tears. I believe this connection is my twin flame, and currently after how quickly and deeply we connected, he got scared and has withdrawn. I feel this constant push and pull both in them and in myself. Like one second I feel I should let him go, but then I can't imagine not feeling his energy in my life. People say he is (well, okay, it's indisputable) kinda similar physically (tho it's not my type) to my ex, who I believe was my false twin, so that "similarity" part resonated as well. We are both not knowing what to do about our relationship and how to proceed with our lives as our paths may split soon because of how our lives are. There's so much fear in both of us. We are in a middle of a tense situation, we can't speak face to face because temporarily we are not in the same place (not even the same continent). Literally everything you said is entirely the same for me, only with my situation we can’t speak hardly at all right now, we’ve had 2 phone calls lasting 4 minutes and then 11 minutes that’s all in the last few weeks and before that 15 min phone call almost daily for 5 ish months.
