Ok I will answer your query in detail. First, this is a Smart Andriod TV, so you would need Internet to setup the TV with your Google Account. You can simply use your Mobile Hotspot for that. Second, Once Setup is done, and you have connected your TV to the Cable Setup box, you are good to go. You can Watch Cable TV without Internet. @mukeshjaggu2533 I have been using it for the past 8 months and it has not given me any sort of problem. As per the price that I got I will say it's a still deal just go for it . It's performing better than some other high brand tv companies. Even the remote of the Tv has a shortcut button for OTT application more in number and convenient than other high end Tv brands which I have in my house

The only difference in 2023 & 2024 model is usb ports 2023 has 2 ports and 2024 has one port
That too that is not a 3.2 USB port its the normal older generation port.
