Law of evidence which is known as The QANUN-E-SHAHADAT,1984 in Pakistan is one of the most important subject not only for Law students but also for judicial aspirants. Law of evidence is equally important for all those who want to practice law as it apply in both civil and criminal proceedings. Indian Evidence act,1872 became Qanun-e-shahadat in 1984. The object behind it's conversion was to bring the law of evidence with the conformity of injunctions of Islam as laid down in Quran and sunnah.
