DEI means you Didn’t Earn It
This has been happening for decades. I know many people that didn’t get a job, position at a company or get into college because schools and employers have (a certain ratio of) all colors😳or ethnicity that’s certainly discrimination. Not hiring or allowing people into college because of race is just wrong especially when the persons credentials were better. This also affects the pay scale negatively. Companies are going to save money by hiring more DEI personnel that has less experience or education is paid less and that is discrimination or is it? If someone worked a certain Position and pay rate was 100 thousand per year then left. Next person in line must be hired by DEI requirements and are paid 50 thousand per year same job, is this discrimination? 🤓. That’s an edgy one. Nevertheless, I’m sure if a person were hired to this position by DEI standards, they made less money. Democrats are just turds. 💩 This makes no sense whatsoever. Law suits starts because of the DEI rules. This DEI law creates discrimination against all of us! 😢.
