We are making some delicious, crowd pleasing shrimp fried rice! This is a classic, authentic, Ghana Fried rice recipe and you will love it! Come along and let's cook some this amazing shrimp fried rice!
You will need:
a pound of shrimps
ginger garlic and pepper paste
black pepper
seasoning tablet
2-3 cups of rice
one chopped onion
4 eggs
one green bell pepper
2 carrots
a handful of spring onions
1-2 tablespoons of soy soy sauce
1-2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of curry powder
1/3 cup of stock
salt to taste
