    Nice set up. Clean and put fogeather in an organized manor!' Get rid of 'that Blackhawk' and put on your Safariland tripple retention holster. The Blackhawk are banded in my state. I just retired from my suburban police department out here in Wisconsin. I got on after 4 years in the Marines 1987-1991. Then college and the academy training for 16 weeks. 1991-2021. I was on SWAT as well. We used basket weave or plane black Safariland Sam Brown belts 94 or buckle. And matching pouches. Mine is basket weave. I was an FTO as well. We went from Smith and Wesson 357 K frame and Cokt Python 357 to Smith and Wesson 4506 45 ACP. I retired using my Sig Sauer P320 45 ACP. In the Marine, I carried my Sig Sauer P220 45 ACP.

    Personally I would recommend a more secure holster. I used to carry a that very same firearm in a Safariland 6280 before my department switched to the glock. Even in a holster that had the SLS system I felt like I wanted a third level of retention after getting in a few fights with people that didn’t want to go to jail. Its your preference at the end of the day but personally if something were to bust out at that movie theater (a riot, fight etc.) that little Blackhawk holster isn’t going to keep you safe.

    very nice set up. You don't need more than 2 hand cuffs on you just one hinged and one chained. Put your OC in front of your firearm. I used a Sig Sauer P220 45 ACP for 27 years in security and law enforcement. I used My Sig Sauer P220 ACP in the Marine Corps when they took away my M1911A1. I use a Sig Sauer P320 45 ACP now. They are great guns.

    I love my stinger. Bought a Klaurus XT11, thing stopped working in weeks. Went and bought a Streamlight Stinger and the thing has lasted me years of patrol.

      Honestly it doesn’t take that long you have to have a level 2 license before you get the level 3

      @@baronshoopman9342 I can add a little more specific timeline. Level 2 (unarmed) is a 6 hour training course. It's really easy. Once you put in a substantially complete application, you can start work after 48 hours if it hasnt been approved.
      A level 3 class is 45 hours (classroom instruction and gun range). Once you put in the application, it's against the law to work until you get your level 3 card in hand. Depending on the DPS, it can take a couple days to a couple months.

    • @snpai-r0n1n7
      @snpai-r0n1n7 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well personally I carry 2 for work but keep a third set in my cargo pocket just incase. Depending what site you work at, alone or with a group and who are cuffing can dictate the situation. like a big dude with wide shoulder take 2 cuffs

      @@texassecurity76 I carry 4 pairs because of the same reason I would personally swap out two pairs of chained for 2 hinged because with hinged handcuffs it makes it harder for a skinny person to slip your handcuffs
