Chicken Pakoda Recipe | क्रिस्पी चिकन पकोड़ा | Street Style Chicken Pakoda |Chicken fry |Chef Ashok
ingredients:-
.400 gm boneless chicken
salt to taste
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 lemon juice
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp whole coriander
1 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp chop green chilli
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 egg
2 onion
chop spinach
2 tsp corn flour
5 tsp gram flour
chop curry leaves
Chutney Ingredients:-
.100 gm fresh coriander
.40-50 gm mint
2 green chilli
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp black salt
1 small piece ginger
1/4 tsp
sugar
.100 ml curd
