This is stupid their taijutsu alone gives the strongest shinobi second thoughts about fighting them and it makes no sense that they have to relearn everything they use to know even if they were aged down it shouldn’t affect muscle memory or they memory of how to do something

You don't know how muscle memory works. How are their bodies supposed to remember something it hasn't physically done yet?
It's accurate for them to have to relearn everything from memory.

5 minutes in, lost interest already. Reincarnated? That works. Swap out old powers for new powers? Fine, pretty balanced, gonna see them grow and relearn new skills. 2 gods suddenly appearing to teach them how to kill gods? No, that's cheap bs and a lazy way of writing to make them OP as soon as possible, which makes a story boring off the bat.
