There are plenty of oddballs out there, she being one of them. The last case I had where someone bought a brand new item, then opened a SNAD due to it not being compatible with their camera, I was fuming as it appeared I was at fault despite item and specifics being correct and being as clear and obvious as possible what the item actually is (like your item). After speaking with eBay, they closed the case in my favour having seen the item was correct and the customer was wrong, albeit they gave him a full refund too, so Ebay took the hit. All the past pal.

The issue you have is you prodded them and get a reaction back. I gave up with ebay... scalpers/resellers and parasites charter. I used to just use it as a way to get rid of things from the garage etc. for a few quid, not for any sort serious sort of profit - no more. Hated selling games/my old 80's toys the most, especially the last 10 years. Dealing with entitled, clammy handed man/girl children all the time. Bleurgh. All goes to the charity shop now. Making it my job does not appeal to me lol.

Now I’m unfazed by it and actually find it funny. I’m currently on 96.6%, sales still flying out, customers still happy. If this happens to me I just ignore them and am very blunt with them. I’d they continue to send crazy messages, I take a screenshot and send to my mate and we both have a laugh. DO NOT cower to buyers like this. They deserve nothing.
I made it to 1800 orders with 100% feedback in a day two scammers or competition dropped me two negative reviews, I felt the same as you, losing the 100% was a relief to much energy went into protecting it

Don't use ebay, that much anymore - sold a set of speakers, really heavy - postage was £55 pounds. Buyer did not want them and asked to return, said happy to have them returned, but they wanted me to pay for the return postage, said no. They then put they were not as described, went to ebay and they agreed with me that they were as described, BUT said to me that even though they were as described, if i did not pay the buyer £55 pounds to have them returned to me they they will let the buyer keep the speakers and have a full refund? That's ebay for you.

I've had abuse from someone because the parcel was delivered on a day she weren't at home she didn't stop sending me abuse it was funny at first but then got abit boring so I ended up blocking her

ebay is full of nutters i sell on there and i get anxiety now when i get messaged on there. if she negs you just contact ebay they will remove it and block that headcase from buying life's to short to deal with that.

Id report and block. Ive had people beg me for huge discounts on items because they are depressed and would love it because they cant afford it. Got kids so dont have alot of money etc. Id message back, save your money, look after your kids, this is a want not a need. Now i just ignore. Not worth the headache

It's more the principal, she opened a return as Change of Mind and as a business it auto accepts, I was confused why it took 3 weeks, and wanted to see if I could help/find out what the issue was. I was messaging so I could refund her (if there was an issue), as I didn't want the item back! Once she was rude it became personal.
