Anything related to time will affect the max open cooldown. So double lightspeed passives with time artifact and 1/2 max open cooldown gamepass will let you max open faster

Your best bet would be to try to upgrade your utilities team like luck drops etc getting those will change your game completely. Allowing you to get secrets and divines easily or getting tons of boost and rerolls
