At 2nd step I am pretty sure you were wrong. Both males and females can be born with gray colored heads. The difference is that males have brighter cheeks, unless they suffer a mutation and they end up having no cheeks.

Males share hen plumage patterns until their SECOND molt, which mean that males CAN have spots on the undersides tail feathers until as late as Age 1.5 years.
My lutino pearl is now 1 1/2 year old. It has dots under flight feathers and has no markings beneath tail feathers. It hasn't made any vocalizations yet. So it is male or female?

No brother, those symptoms are for adult cockatiels. And that's why I mention that 6-9 months old cockatiels.

My cockatiel is boy and it has all the same things like female and I thought it was female

Its female... Male Doesn't have any dots.

Does it sing, or bounce it’s head up and make clucking sounds. If so it’s a male. If it’s mostly quiet and docile it’s prob female.
